Current Situation: Anyone who has worked with IDM knows that there is no shortage of auditable data. Most of this data is queued up in out-of-the-box reports. But organizations have unique needs. In this instance, the client needed a convenient method to look up data for auditors on access change and approvals.

Impact:The out-of-the-box reports did contain all the data the auditors needed; however, finding specific users and access requests was a time-consuming task.

Resolution: GCA created a workflow where auditors or the IT staff could add criteria, and the workflow would automatically pull up precisely the data they needed.
